Who we are
Folt Labs is the trading name of Folt Labs EOOD, registered in Bulgaria. We are the data controller for any personal data you share with us through this website. Reach us at hello@folt-labs.com for any privacy matter.
What we collect
Only what you send us. When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, work email, optional company name, and the message you write. Site analytics (Vercel Analytics — page-level, cookie-less, no cross-site tracking, no personal profiles) is loaded only if you accept the cookie banner; if you decline, analytics does not run at all.
Why we process it
We process your contact-form submission to reply to your enquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — steps at your request prior to entering a contract). Analytics is processed on the basis of legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in running a performant website, balanced against minimal privacy impact.
How long we keep it
Contact-form messages are retained in our inbox for up to 24 months, then deleted unless an active engagement warrants longer retention. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymised; individual events are not retained beyond 30 days.
Who sees it
Folt Labs staff only. We use Resend to deliver your message into our inbox; Resend processes the email payload strictly to transmit it. We do not sell, share, or otherwise disclose your data. We do not transfer your data outside the EU/EEA for marketing purposes.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data; to restrict or object to processing; and to data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. To exercise any right, email hello@folt-labs.com — we will respond within one month.
Cookies
We set one strictly-necessary cookie (folt_consent_v1) to remember your consent choice for twelve months. Analytics is loaded only if you accept, and is cookie-less by default. The only other on-device storage is a local-storage entry for your colour theme, which never leaves your browser. Full inventory and controls at /cookies.
Changes
We will update this notice only when our processing actually changes. Material changes will be announced at the top of this page for at least 30 days.
