Short and specific. These govern the website only — engagement terms are in the signed statement of work.
Scope
These terms govern your use of the Folt Labs website at landing.folt-labs.com and any linked public pages. They do not govern paid engagements — those are covered by the separate statement of work you receive when booking an audit.

Content and intellectual property
All content on this site — copy, code, visual design, the risk-tier tool, the playbook, and the published essays — is the intellectual property of Folt Labs EOOD unless explicitly marked otherwise. You may read, link, and share reasonable excerpts with attribution. You may not scrape, mirror, or republish substantial portions without written permission.
Third-party tools referenced
We name specific tools (e.g. Anthropic, Supabase, Vercel, Langfuse) as our default stack. Trademarks belong to their respective owners. No affiliation or endorsement is implied unless stated.
No warranty on the website itself
The website is provided as-is. We try to keep it accurate and available, but make no warranties about uptime, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. The risk-tier classifier is an educational tool, not legal advice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Bulgarian law, Folt Labs EOOD is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for any paid engagement, if any; for website-only use, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

Outbound links (GitHub, documentation, regulatory texts, third-party vendors) are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and do not endorse their content or practices.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced at the top of this page for at least 30 days. Continued use of the site after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Exclusive jurisdiction for disputes lies with the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the laws of your country of residence.
Severability
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
